I started my professional life as an actor in 1983, and then moved into young people’s theatre and drama teaching (mostly in Further Education). In 2009 I left teaching to focus on a career as a freelance actor, theatre director and acting/performance coach and workshop facilitator.

I qualified as a coach in 2018, with an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching.

In December 2018 I joined Olivier Mythodrama Associates as a Coach/Facilitator, delivering leadership training to high-profile organisations across the world. Through OMA, I have trained as an Archetypal Coach, and am a Founding Practitioner for the Archetypes At Work™ Guild.

I now combine one-to-one and team coaching (both corporate and private), group facilitation and online teaching.

My passion is in being a catalyst for others, opening people up to the realisation of their true potential to be a bright light in the world.
